Terms of use

Effective 29 July 2026

Agreement

By playing WingWars, you agree to what's below. It's short, and none of it should surprise you.

The game

WingWars is free, requires no account, and is provided as it is. We may change, suspend, or stop the game at any time without notice, and we make no promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of interruption. Please don't rely on it for anything that matters.

Playing fair

Please don't:

Since there are no accounts, we can only block a connection, not a person. If the server is being abused we'll block addresses and limit request rates, which may occasionally affect someone who happens to share a network with whoever caused the problem — we'd rather that not happen, which is why our limits are set generously.

Your display name

The name you choose is shown to every other player in your match. Please don't use a name that's abusive, hateful, or impersonates someone else, and don't put personal information in it. We reserve the right to reject, change, or remove a name, and to block a connection, at our discretion.

Advertising

The game may show adverts between matches. What that involves, and your choices about it, is covered on the privacy page.

What belongs to us

The game, its code, its artwork, and its name belong to us. You're welcome to play it, link to it, and record or stream it — including monetised video — without asking. You may not sell it, host your own copy of it, or present it as your own work.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game. This is a free browser game about birds stealing gems from one another; please keep any claim in proportion to that.

Your local law

Nothing here removes the protection of the law where you live, or stops you bringing a claim in your own country.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top changes when they do, and continuing to play means the new version applies.
